Park Improvement Efforts
Across the City, we are continually renewing our parks equipment, facilities and grounds. For example, playgrounds have about a 20-year lifespan. So, we plan for their renewal. We also continue to add new features such as outdoor fitness clusters, umbrella tables and trails. And, with 755 volunteers, we planted more than 2,000 native trees and shrubs in 13 parks.
